The Founding Motion Designer will play a pivotal part in shaping the platform's core identity and brand essence from day one. Your creative vision will infuse life into our feeds, product experiences, and social campaigns, making them memorable and impactful.

We're looking for someone with 3+ years of motion design expertise, preferably within a creative agency, social-first brand, or product-driven company. A strong portfolio showcasing both social motion content and brand/product storytelling is essential.

A background in graphic design with exceptional attention to layout, typography, composition, color, and timing is vital. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) is necessary, while familiarity with 3D tools like Cinema4D or Blender is a significant plus.

This role demands a confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments and can collaborate seamlessly with our Creative, Product, and Marketing teams. Knowledge of internet/social culture and a passion for experimenting beyond conventional formats are highly desirable.

  1. Craft thumb-stopping content for feeds that matter
  2. Buiild elegant, engaging animations that elevate our in-app and product experiences
  3. Concept, design, and animate motion graphics for social campaigns, product launches, UI/product interactions, and brand films
  4. Create on-trend social assets (Reels, TikToks, Stories, GIFs, kinetic type, short-form edits) that drive engagement and relevance
  5. Design and prototype motion for product UIs—micro-interactions, feature reveals, onboarding flows—that make tech feel intuitive and alive
  6. Collaborate closely with Creative, Product, and Marketing teams to translate strategy into dynamic, visually coherent campaigns
  7. Repurpose and remix assets, capture new quick-turn content (shoots or mobile), and keep work share-ready and platform-native
  8. Support post-production (editing, transitions, sound design direction, rendering)
