  • Own profit-and-loss responsibility, revenue targets, and bottom-line discipline.
Business Development & Partnerships
  • Drive large-scale institutional tie-ups with hotels, corporates, events, and wellness studios.
  • Expand our gifting programs across corporate, seasonal, and global collaborations.
  • Explore international markets through export partners and distributors.
Brand & Marketing Custodianship
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams on brand storytelling, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Foster awareness through narratives centered around wellness, sustainability, and social impact.
  • Buid strategic alliances with chefs, influencers, and wellness partners.
Operations & Team Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional teams comprising sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations.
  • Establish clear standard operating procedures and performance metrics for efficiency.
  • Mentor and grow the team, cultivating an entrepreneurial culture.
