You will be responsible for leading a WHS & Safety team, creating and executing leadership development plans for your Safety Associates, and communicating safety team expectations. You must also provide frequent and appropriate feedback to your safety teams and ensure they execute to the core competencies of an Amazon safety professional.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Lead a WHS & Safety team consisting of Safety Specialists, Safety Coordinators, and Onsite first aid Associates
  • Partner with site operations teams to execute company safety policies
  • Leverage lean principles and kaizens to reduce risk and improve processes
Qualifications
  • Science graduate or Diploma in Engineering with Safety Diploma from a recognized institute
  • NEBOSH IGC or Diploma
  • At least 3 years of increasing responsibilities in WHS or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations experience
