Job Overview

Civil engineers are responsible for designing, planning, and supervising construction projects. They oversee the development of infrastructure such as roads, bridges, tunnels, airports, water treatment plants, sewage systems, power plants, and other public or private facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor drilling, concreting, and reinforcement placement to ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Support senior engineers in preparing piling logs, BBS, and technical documentation for quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct field surveys, soil investigations, and coordinate pile load testing.
  • Review and verify materials required for piling works.
  • Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate records of piling activities.
  • Coordinate with contractors and project teams for smooth execution.
  • Support planning, micro scheduling, and resource allocation for piling and civil works.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in piling techniques.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for construction projects.
  • Knowledge of piling techniques, load bearing structures, and construction materials.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities for successful projects.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.
