Senior Design Engineer Job Summary

We are seeking a senior design engineer to lead our team of engineers and draftsmen for bulk material handling system and utility design. The successful candidate will be responsible for core design and detailing, process flow, layout, and material specification sheet preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overall responsible for bulk material handling projects' core design and detailing.
  • Responsible for process flow, layout, and detailing of bulk material handling projects.
  • Preparation of material specification sheets for further processing and selection of bought-out equipment.
  • Preparation of bills of quantity.
  • Review of sub-vendor drawings and comments.
  • Design coordination and finalization of drawings in line with specification requirements and client needs.
  • Participation in design review meetings internal and external for continual design improvement.
  • Site visits for collection of design inputs and troubleshooting in case of design issues.
  • Continuous feedback to project heads.
Requirements:
  • Design engineering professional from core material handling companies.
  • Experience in designing and coordinating design approvals from NTPC in their projects.
