Key Data Analyst Role

As a key data analyst, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of complex transformation programs within our data portfolio. Working within agile multi-skilled teams, you will create world-class products to serve our customer's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of complex transformation program development.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to interface business requirements and deliver a working reconciliation solution.
  • Own and produce relevant analysis and modeling artefacts that enable development teams to develop working products.
  • Undertake metadata analysis, including naming of logical entities and attributes, physical tables and columns, definitions, and appropriate data types and lengths.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Strong Data Analysis and/or Data Modeling experience of 4-10 years.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Data Modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical) and ability to create and deliver high-quality data models.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with both business and technical teams.
  • A strong problem-solving approach and an ability to work in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong financial domain and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to translate high-level functional data or business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Database designing and data mapping skills.
  • SQL, MS-Office tools, GCP Big Query, Erwin, Visual Paradigm skills are preferable.
