As a key member of our team, you'll design and develop user-centric content for cutting-edge cloud services and automation products.

We strive to create comprehensive concepts, examples, tasks, reference information, and in-product guidance for advanced software products.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Producing high-quality technical content that meets the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and customer needs.
  • Learning the customer experience through hands-on usage of cloud networking products.
  • Following established style and process guidelines to ensure consistency and completeness.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Demonstrated ability to produce accurate and easy-to-use technical content.
  • 5+ years of experience producing technical content.
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Good understanding of technology concepts such as cloud computing, automation, networking, data centers, security, or other advanced software technology.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hands-on experience with network technologies, including routing, switching, security, network automation, virtual machines, containers, and cloud-services.
  • Familiarity with DITA/XML authoring principles and content management concepts.
  • Experience leading technical documentation efforts with multiple writers.
