Retail Operations Manager

A premium fine jewelry brand is seeking a dynamic and experienced client advisor for our Gurgaon store team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong skills, a passion for fashion and luxury retail, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- End to end ownership of the retail operations.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with high net worth clients and exceptional sales skills to close high-value jewelry sales (INR 5L-50L);
- Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed customer expectations.
- Lead by example, actively engaging with customers to build relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure that the boutique maintains high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization to create an inviting and luxurious shopping environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands;
- Exceptional ability to sell and engage with high net worth clients at a personal level;
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high net worth customers;
- Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment;
- Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry;
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
