Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Legal Risk Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing legal risks associated with corporate activities and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Drafting, reviewing and/or vetting responses to legal notices, customer escalations and government enquiries.
  • Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with corporate activities.
  • Co-ordinating with external lawyers on relevant mandates.
  • Preparing and documenting legal policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A law degree or postgraduate qualification.
  • At least 6 years of experience in dealing with customer grievances and litigation.
  • Sound knowledge of legal processes for litigation and recovery.
  • Excellent understanding of corporate laws, RBI and SEBI regulations.
