Finance Professional - Strategic Financial Planning

We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to collaborate with senior leadership in developing financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts. This is a remote position with flexible hours, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting monthly and annual financial analysis to support strategic decisions. Your expertise will help identify cost-saving initiatives and investment opportunities, ensuring our business remains agile and competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Identify and recommend cost-saving initiatives and investment opportunities.
  • Prepare and manage financial reports, including profit/loss statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Monitor expenses and assist with cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks).
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
