Performance Marketer - Google Ads

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled performance marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Google Ads campaign management and a proven track record of generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch, test, optimize, and scale campaigns with a focus on performance-driven results.
  • Target local and regional SMBs in North America using data-driven approaches.
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies that drive real leads, return on ad spend (ROAS), and revenue.
  • Optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies for maximum performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and weekly reports on campaign performance.
  • Own campaign performance and be responsible for hitting lead and sales key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Mandatory Google Ads certification.
  • Proven experience running successful Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior.
  • Ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for maximum performance.
  • Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and scaling budget.
  • Strong communication and English proficiency.
