Big Data Specialist

As a Big Data Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our organization's data strategy. This involves designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions to support business growth.

Job Summary

Our team is seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of cloud-based infrastructure using Python and PySpark. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide strategic advice on Azure technologies and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions using Python and PySpark.
  • Provide strategic guidance on Azure technologies and collaborate with development teams to integrate new features.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex Azure-related issues, providing technical expertise and fault resolution.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including developers, product managers, and operational run teams.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation for infrastructure designs, implementations, and testing procedures.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with Python, PySpark, and Azure technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
