Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead business valuation engagements for financial reporting and tax purposes. This role involves performing and managing complex valuations, leveraging expertise in various industries.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, drive, and extensive knowledge in valuations related to business combinations, goodwill impairments, gift and estate valuations, 409A/stock compensation, reviewing third-party valuations, assembling market data, valuing equity and debt, and financial modeling.

The successful candidate will have a strong educational background, preferably with CFA or MBA (Finance), accompanied by proven hands-on experience in business valuation. A minimum of 8 years of experience is required, along with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
