We are seeking a highly skilled software developer/analyst to support our HCM systems, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, Time & Labor, and custom-built modules.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions to meet deadlines.
  • Develop and implement changes to resolve break/fix production issues.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development, including: PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, DMS Scripts.
  • Experience using Oracle Database 19c or above.
  • Functional and technical understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite.
  • Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Linux and the following PeopleSoft development tools: Integration Broker, Component Interface.
  • Experience in PeopleSoft production support.
  • Ability to work with both technical and functional resources to ensure business requirements are satisfied.
  • Well-organized, attention to detail, and prioritization of workload to meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer-related field.
