Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, including experience in a leadership role for at least two years, and will be responsible for overseeing the technical execution of projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive the development of scalable and reliable microservice-based applications.
  • Expert in Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate, applying best practices in the development of RESTful APIs.
  • Experience in RDBMS, NoSQL databases like Cassandra, and in-memory data stores such as Redis.
  • Strong experience with Kafka and Enterprise Integration Patterns, providing solutions for data streaming and message-driven systems.
  • Lead the conceptualization of domain models and high-level designs while specifying detailed low-level designs or pseudocode.
  • Actively participate and lead Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure continuous delivery.
  • Review code, ensure architectural compliance, and mentor junior team members. Provide technical leadership on design, code quality, and performance optimizations.
  • Provide support for critical infrastructure components, assist in troubleshooting production issues, and lead problem-solving initiatives.
  • Work closely with architect, and other cross-functional teams to design new features, propose technologies, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Ensure adherence to the SDLC process, propose reusable frameworks, and standardize solutions where applicable.
  • Support the creation of software product documentation, including training materials, user guides, and deployment instructions.
