Job Description:

A cutting-edge technology organization seeks an experienced Software Development Manager to drive the delivery of high-quality software solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of web-based applications using C#.Net, MVC, .net core, ReactJs and React Native.

About You:

  • You will lead a team of developers in designing, developing and deploying web-based applications.
  • You will collaborate with Engineering Leads, Product and Project Managers, and Product Analysts to ensure the product meets the highest standards of quality.
  • You will analyze business requirements, processes, data and system integration points to determine/recommend appropriate technology solutions.
  • You will design, code, test, debug and implement high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, enhance, document, and maintain application features.
  • Pitch ideas and test new approaches.
  • Manage full life cycle of supported applications and ensure timely delivery of improvements and bug fixes.
  • Analyze business requirements, processes, data and system integration points to determine/recommend appropriate technology solutions.
