We are seeking an experienced Equity Research manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equity research, investment analysis, and team leadership. As an Equity Research manager at Sutherland Global Services Private Limited, you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver quality research support to clients. Your role will involve leading a team of equity research analysts, supervising their daily activities, and ensuring high-quality research output.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough research on companies, industries, and macroeconomic trends to develop insightful analysis and recommendations.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as portfolio management and trading, to align research findings with overall investment strategies.

Requirements:

* MBA-Finance from tier-I/II institutes/CA, CFA (US).
* 8+ years of experience in Equity Research.
* At least 3 years of people management experience in leading teams of at least 3+ members.
* Experience in investment analysis (either buy or sell-side).
* Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
* Proven ability to deliver under high-pressure environments with a passion for overcoming challenges.
* Be organized and can multi-task.
* Quality-focused with attention to detail and client service.
* Technologically competent (Word, Excel, Internet, Bloomberg, Reuters, FactSet, etc.).
* Have strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
* Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner.

Salary Range:$150,000 - $200,000 per annum.
