Coatings Specialist

We are seeking a Paint Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the paint department, you will be responsible for handling new and existing shades, conducting workability trials for new colors, and developing new materials.

• Color Management: Handle new and existing shades, ensuring consistency and quality in paint products.
• Workability Trials: Conduct thorough testing of new colors to ensure they meet our standards.
• Material Development: Develop new materials, including PT-ED chemicals, sealer, PVC, SGC, hot wax, to improve paint performance and efficiency.
• Maintenance and Upgrades: Operate and maintain equipment, upgrading it with the latest technology and energy-efficient solutions to reduce costs and environmental impact.
• Lab Equipment Performance Analysis: Analyze lab equipment performance and plan upgrades and renewals to ensure optimal results.
• Knowledge and Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of paints and their application technology, including issues and countermeasures.
• Painting Robots and Automation: Teach painting robots for body and bumper applications, addressing teaching issues and countermeasures.
• Circulation Systems Design: Design low-viscosity and high-viscous material circulation systems to optimize paint flow and efficiency.

• Paint Technology Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of paints and their application technology.
• Equipment Operation and Troubleshooting: Familiarity with equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Design and Implementation: Ability to design and implement low-viscosity and high-viscous material circulation systems.
• Painting Robots Experience: Experience with painting robots and online/offline robot teaching.
• Energy Efficiency and Lab Equipment Performance Analysis: Good understanding of energy-efficient solutions and lab equipment performance analysis.
