For this position, it is essential to have prior experience in leading BIM implementation across mid-to-large scale architecture/interiors projects.

About the Role:

The BIM Coordinator will serve as a pivotal link between design, documentation, and digital execution. This role will lead and coordinate BIM efforts across architecture and interior design projects within the studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex Revit-based architectural projects across all design phases.
  • Collaborate with global BIM leaders and project teams to implement firm-wide standards and best practices.
  • Train, mentor, and support project teams on BIM execution strategies and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans, Revit templates, and content libraries.
  • Conduct quality control checks for Revit models and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders for clash detection and model coordination using tools like Navisworks.
  • Facilitate inter-studio collaboration through federated models, cloud-based platforms (BIM 360 / ACC - Autodesk Construction Cloud), and collaborative tools.
  • Troubleshoot software issues and serve as the technical go-to for Revit, Dynamo, and other design technology tools.
  • Maintain project documentation in alignment with firm-wide BIM protocols.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related design discipline.
  • Strong command of Revit and Autodesk tools (Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, AutoCAD).
  • Experience in complex architecture or interiors projects — preferably across healthcare, education, hospitality, or residential typologies.
  • Working knowledge of Dynamo, Rhino, Enscape, or other visualization/scripting tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills — ability to liaise with global teams, consultants, and non-BIM stakeholders.
  • Proactive, process-driven, and able to balance both strategy and execution.
