Electrical and Instrumentation Manager

As a key member of the operations team, you will oversee the management of electrical, electronics, and instrumentation systems to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime.

This is a challenging role that requires a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge on:

  • Maintenance of machine panels, drive systems, SCADA, and automation systems
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues in machine panels, drive systems, SCADA, PLCs, and automation controls

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading and supervising maintenance activities for electrical, electronics, and instrumentation systems
  • Planning and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
  • Ensuring minimal breakdowns and maximum availability of machines and equipment
  • Coordinating with production and other departments for smooth plant operations
  • Maintaining documentation of maintenance activities, breakdown analysis, and equipment history
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and statutory requirements in all electrical & instrumentation works
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes and systems
  • Training and developing maintenance team members on new technologies and best practices
  • Good knowledge of industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities
