We are seeking a skilled and creative Interior Architect with expertise in 3D design to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of professional experience and be proficient in software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, Vray, Lumion, 3ds max and Coohom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs for interior, exterior, and product design projects.
- Develop and refine 2D layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Use SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and Coohom to produce photorealistic visualizations.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements.
- Presentation of creative concepts, mood boards, and 3D design solutions to clients and internal teams.
- Maintain accuracy in design outputs, meeting deadlines and upholding quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, rendering techniques, and software advancements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a 3D Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in the following software:
- SketchUp
- AutoCAD (2D)
- Enscape
- 3ds max
- Lumion
- Coohom Software
- Strong visualization skills with attention to detail, lighting, textures, and materials.
- Good understanding of architectural and interior design concepts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with AR/VR tools and emerging visualization technologies.
- Experience in client presentations and design coordination.
