About the Role

We're on a mission to build innovative AI solutions with top companies in the US. As a Full-Stack AI Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in developing and optimizing AI models using efficient, production-ready code.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and fine-tuning AI models using datasets for SFT and RLHF.
  • Evaluating model performance by testing and ranking outputs.
  • Raising standards through code reviews, testing, and clean documentation.
  • Innovating new strategies to make AI more useful, safe, and aligned with real-world needs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with Node.js or NestJS, plus a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Comfortable with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices.
  • Proficiency with Docker.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain your work in clear English.
Bonus Points

If you have experience with LLMs or test-driven development, QA, or automated testing, it's a definite plus
