High-quality content creation is at the forefront of our organization's goals. We are seeking a skilled Content Specialist to develop and produce engaging content across various formats.

Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Stay up-to-date on key trends and developments in fintech, strategic management, data science, and product management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Edit and proofread content for clarity and consistency with company standards.
  • Apply basic SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
  • Coordinate content projects, ensuring timely delivery while working with external teams when needed.

In order to excel in this role, you should have:

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. An MBA is beneficial but not required.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in content creation. Experience in one or more of the following areas is advantageous: fintech, data science, strategic management, or product management.

Key skills for success include:

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with an ability to explain complex ideas simply.
  • A basic understanding of SEO and content optimization.
  • Strong research skills and ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics.
  • Ability to manage multiple content projects with tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Creative Writing skills
  • Data Analysis capabilities
  • Product Management expertise
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) knowledge

Additional requirements include:

  • Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS)
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams
