About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Data Science Manager to lead our analytics efforts.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled professional with 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, who can design, develop, and implement ML/DL models and algorithms to address complex business problems.

The ideal candidate will have a fully technical background, with extensive experience focused on production projects only. They should be proficient in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and NLP tools like Huggingface and SpaCy.

Additionally, they should have hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), MLOps, API development (FastAPI), and deployment using Docker/Kubernetes.

The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to understand specific requirements and develop and integrate ML solutions into the existing technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy ML/DL models and algorithms to address complex business challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand specific requirements and develop and integrate ML solutions.
  • Analyze and improve the performance of existing ML/DL models by optimizing algorithms, tuning hyperparameters, and using advanced techniques such as transfer learning and reinforcement learning.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in Analytics, ML, AI, computer vision, and NLP, and incorporate new findings into the development process.
  • Maintain clear documentation for AI models, processes, and results.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality and maintainability of the codebase.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior ML engineers and data scientists.
