Job Title: Visual Communication Designer

We are seeking a talented Visual Communication Designer to join our team. This role will play a key part in shaping our brand identity and crafting engaging communication across various platforms.

The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with strong skills in design, organization, and attention to detail. They will work closely with our design, marketing, product, HR, and customer success teams to ensure customer-centric and collaborative processes across marketing and design-led initiatives.

  • Develop and implement a scalable design system and component libraries for all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with different teams to understand design requirements and curate impactful branding assets for digital and print materials.
  • Break down complex data into visual infographics as needed.
  • Design brand assets, marketing collateral, employer branding materials, and internal communication visuals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and refine the visual identity.
  • Work on the UX and UI of our website, collaterals for socials, and visual framework for other brand moments.
  • Support corporate branding initiatives and design materials for leadership communication.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication skills to convert complex data into easy-to-understand visual collaterals.
  • Good command on motion graphics.
  • Ability to learn new skills and experiment with AI tools as an integral part of work.
  • Ability to collaborate across design, marketing, product, and customer-facing teams.
