Electrical Switchgear Project Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Key Projects Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, quality delivery, and customer satisfaction.

• Your primary responsibility will include planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation to closure.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project engineers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and implement effective project management strategies to achieve project objectives and improve overall performance.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure excellent communication and collaboration.

To succeed as a Key Projects Manager, you will need:

• 10-15 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Electrical Switchgear industry.
• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a postgraduate degree being an advantage.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
