Job Title:
Quality Leadership ExpertWe are seeking a Quality Leadership Expert to lead our quality management team at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality management, specifically in the electrical panel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Management System: Develop, implement, and maintain a robust QMS to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Process Oversight: Monitor and control quality processes across all stages of production.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., IEC, UL) and customer-specific requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for process optimization, defect reduction, and quality improvement using tools like Six Sigma and root cause analysis.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or certifications in Quality Management is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the electrical panel or similar electrical manufacturing industry.
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in QMS, Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical process control.
- Proficiency in quality tools like FMEA, Pareto charts, and root cause analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
