AI Workflow Specialist

We are seeking a skilled AI Prompt Engineer with expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between process automation and applied AI to create intelligent, autonomous systems that augment business workflows.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing high-quality prompts to drive accuracy and reliability of AI models. Additionally, they will collaborate with automation teams to integrate RPA bots with AI-driven agents for end-to-end workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Design, test, and optimize high-quality prompts to drive accuracy and reliability of AI models
- Collaborate with automation teams to integrate RPA bots with AI-driven agents for end-to-end workflows
- Build, configure, and deploy AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks autonomously
- Partner with data scientists and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation
- Develop reusable prompt templates and best practices for large language models
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI/ML, or related field
Strong experience with prompt engineering techniques for large language models
Hands-on knowledge of Automation Anywhere (bot development, control room, IQ Bot, API integrations)
Proven experience in building, deploying, and managing AI agents or autonomous AI workflows
