Creative Strategist Role

We are seeking a skilled Creative Strategist to spearhead innovative content strategies and creative concepts for digital campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality content and scripts for videos, ads, and branded content.
  • Collaborate with design, copy, and performance teams for integrated campaign execution.
  • Present ideas to clients and work with servicing teams to refine briefs.
  • Lead and mentor junior creatives; ensure high creative standards across the team.
  • Stay updated on platform trends and audience behaviors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong command over content writing and storytelling for digital formats.
  • Hands-on experience with video scripting and involvement in shoots.
  • Proven ability to lead creative brainstorming and manage a small team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working on performance-driven campaigns with creative depth.
