Oversee and deliver multiple technology programs, leveraging expertise in program management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery excellence. Partner with global banks and financial institutions to build innovative digital platforms, utilizing cutting-edge technologies like AI/ML, Blockchain, and Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage end-to-end technical programs and product implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and change requests proactively.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
  • Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives under Agile/Scrum methodology.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA/PMP certification a plus).
  • 5–7 years of experience in program/project management within product or technology environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering SaaS, enterprise, or banking/fintech platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and DevOps culture.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
