Design Leader for Residential and Commercial Projects

We are seeking a skilled design professional to lead residential and commercial projects from concept to delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative design concepts that meet client needs and reflect current trends.
  • Develop functional and aesthetic space plans that optimize layout and enhance user experience.
  • Select appropriate materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with the design vision and budget.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in interior design, with a focus on residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong understanding of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management software.
  • Knowledge of 3D rendering and visualization tools.

Work Environment:

The position may require occasional travel to project sites. Flexibility in hours may be necessary to meet project deadlines.
