Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Geospatial Analyst to support our strategic and key enterprise customers. The successful candidate will build relationships for continued engagement and deliver technical solutions.

Job Location: Noida / Bangalore/Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers, provide solutions, and address technical issues.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in handling Geospatial data management and usage.
  • Identify, understand, and articulate solutions to customer issues using Web GIS knowledge.
  • Coordinate and deliver product trainings to customers over remote and onsite.
  • Installation, Configuration of Enterprise Geodatabases, and Version management.
  • Provide high-quality technical support and customer service to end users through effective communication, problem solving, and analytical approach.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer communication, management, and presentation skills. He/She should establish trust and relationship with Esri Users and act as a GIS SME for the customer.

Experience with Esri software and strong problem-solving and analytics skills in addressing and resolving technical issues are essential. Hands-on experience in working with Enterprise Geodatabases, Versioning, Replication, and Installation, Configuration over supported RDBMS is also required.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Esri Enterprise Managed Services team and manage user environments hosted on Esri's technology. Strong prioritization skills including managing time and workload efficiently are necessary.

Education

Applicants should hold a Master's degree in GIS, Geography, Geology, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or any other relevant field.
