We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Design Leader to spearhead our creative team in crafting exceptional visuals for digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design Strategy & Creation:
  • Create captivating graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other print collateral.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual assets that enhance brand messaging and drive engagement.
  1. Product Packaging Innovation:
  • Lead the design process for product packaging from initial concept through to final production.
  • Develop innovative packaging solutions that are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with the brand's identity.
  • Work closely with product managers to understand packaging requirements, such as materials, functionality, and user experience.
  • Create dielines, 3D mockups, and prototypes to visualize packaging concepts.
  1. Brand Identity & Visual Consistency:
  • Ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity and guidelines.
  • Maintain a consistent style and quality across all graphic and packaging materials.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of the brand's look and feel.
  1. Project Management & Collaboration:
  • Oversee and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide feedback to help them develop their skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design work with broader company goals.
  1. Trend Awareness & Innovation:
  • Stay updated on the latest design and packaging trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the team, exploring new design approaches to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
  • Experiment with new techniques and tools to elevate design quality and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Industrial Design, or a related field.
Experience: 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on packaging design. Proven experience in a senior or lead design role is a plus.
