Job Title: Staff Engineer, .Net Fullstack

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer to join our team at Nagarro. As a Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex software systems, leading technical teams, and driving innovation in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality software systems using C#, .NET Core, and other relevant technologies.
  • Lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical initiatives and drive innovation in our organization.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical guides.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our organization.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on architecture and development in C#, .NET Core, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong working experience with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Ansible.
  • Hands-on experience with MySQL and SQL.
  • Good understanding of design patterns, concurrent design, and multithreading.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in different disparate technologies and environments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
