Job Title: IT Audit Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead multiple assignments, including IT application and infrastructure audits.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in a relevant field with 5-12 years of experience in IT audit, preferably in the BFSI segment.

  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification is required, with other certifications such as CISM/CRISC/CISSP being a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of key regulatory requirements.
  • Effective project management skills, with experience leading teams.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills, with ability to handle data efficiently.
  • High energy and a self-motivated attitude, with strong presentation and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a risk-based audit framework, managing outsourced audit partners, and establishing quality assurance processes.

They will also engage in advisory roles to support IT projects and provide guidance on internal controls and risk management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing audit plans and procedures.
  • Managing and coordinating audit activities.
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to audit teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicating results and recommendations to stakeholders.
