Faculty Position

We are seeking an experienced and passionate academic to teach key subjects in our Master of Business Administration program.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in the subject area, a student-focused approach to teaching, and the ability to connect academic concepts with real-world business applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures and interactive sessions, preparing lesson plans, teaching materials, and case studies relevant to the curriculum. They will also evaluate students' performance through assignments, presentations, and examinations, and guide students in applying theoretical knowledge to practical business scenarios.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related discipline from a recognized university.
  • Ph.D. or NET/SET qualified candidates preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate/postgraduate level, or significant industry experience relevant to the subject.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
