About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for conducting tests, analyzing results, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring quality control in a medical laboratory setting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct routine and complex laboratory tests to analyze patient samples.
- Analyze test results to determine diagnostic information and make recommendations for further action.
- Maintain accurate records of testing procedures and results.
- Perform routine maintenance on laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and methodologies in the field of medical technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a medical laboratory environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive salary of ₹220,000 - ₹280,000 per annum.
