We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our recruitment efforts for US based Aerospace and Aviation clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for US based Aerospace and Aviation clients.
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for roles such as Avionics Technicians, Structures Technicians, A&P Mechanics, Design Engineers (CATIA/NX), Quality Inspectors, and other niche aerospace/aviation positions.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of the aerospace industry and its requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using job boards, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Dice, and aerospace-specific databases for sourcing.
