Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Product Control Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our trading activities.

About the Role

In this position, you will oversee the financial aspects of trading activities, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and providing valuable insights into trading performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of daily profit and loss figures for trading desks to ensure alignment with valued positions in the trading book.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between P/L figures to reflect true economic value of the trading portfolio.
  • Assess and mitigate trading risks, reporting on these financial risks to senior colleagues.
  • Analyze and maintain the bank's trading data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports to authorities and provide support during external audits.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. A background in finance or accounting is preferred, but not required.
