Metabolism Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Metabolism Scientist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacology, pharmaceutical analysis, biochemistry or pharmaceutical chemistry with 5-8 years of experience or a Ph.D. with 2-5 years' experience.

• Design, perform and interpret metabolite identification studies using in vitro and in vivo methods.
• Proficiently use LC-MS/MS, HRMS and other analytical techniques to identify metabolites and their soft spots.
• Analyze complex data sets and structurally interpret Phase-1, 2 and 3 metabolites.
• Apply a strong understanding of drug metabolism principles and pathways.
• Experience with regulatory documentation and submissions is essential.
• Provide insights on DMPK concepts to project teams.
• Represent the group in internal and external meetings and work effectively in a team environment.
• Develop a strong understanding of various DMPK concepts in large molecules/ADC with excellent communication skills.
• Prepare relevant SOPs, protocols, reports etc., to support regulatory and non-regulatory submissions.
