We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in designing, developing and executing automated test scripts.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of software delivery by creating automated test scripts. This role involves working closely with the development team to understand requirements and design tests that meet those needs.

The key focus areas for this role include:

  • Designing and developing automated test scripts using Selenium and Java
  • Executing and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects
  • Developing and implementing testing strategies to improve overall testing efficiency
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation
  • Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium
  • Hands-on experience in Java for writing automation scripts
  • Basic understanding of SQL queries
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman
  • Strong understanding of test design techniques, QA methodologies and SDLC/STLC processes
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
