About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Video Editor to spearhead the creation of captivating video content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos, reels, shorts, and promotional materials that meet brand standards.
  • Apply innovative editing techniques, including transitions, color grading, motion graphics, text animations, and sound design to elevate storytelling and captivate viewers.
  • Collaborate closely with content creators, videographers, and social media teams to deliver timely, high-quality content that aligns with our brand identity.
  • Optimize videos for various social media formats and aspect ratios to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Manage and maintain an organized library of video assets, including raw footage, graphics, and finished projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital video trends, editing styles, and social media platform algorithms to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.
  • Lead and manage a team of content creators (freelancers or full-time) across multiple destinations in India to achieve project goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or relevant certification in Film Production, Media, Communication, or related fields.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in video editing.
  • Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects, AI tools, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability in visual storytelling, pacing, and timing to deliver impactful content.
  • Understanding of video optimization strategies for different social media platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • A passion for travel and adventure is a plus.
