Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior PCB Design Engineer to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires excellent design skills, experience with high-speed and high-voltage PCBs, and expertise in CAD/CAM tools such as PADS, Altium Designer, and Cadence Allegro.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design power electronics, high-speed, and high-voltage PCBs with multiple layers
  • Meet IEC standards for EMC/EMI, surge, EFT, safety, and reliability
  • Maintain and update PCB design documents, participate in design reviews, and perform PCB inspection/testing
  • Work on stacked and complex boards with high layer counts, handle PCB layout from schematic creation to Gerber release, and ensure power and signal integrity analysis
  • Verify existing designs, recommend improvements, propose process improvements, and identify technical risks and challenges
  • Collaborate with local and global teams, communicate clearly, and document work thoroughly

Requirements

  • B.E./Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience in PCB designing
  • Excellent knowledge of PCB fabrication process and assembly
  • Experience with SVN/Windchill PLM/Arena/Product Data Management (PDM) Tools based release and change order process and PCB lifecycle Processes
  • IPC process certification in PCB designing is an advantage

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
