Junior Motion Graphic Designer Position

As a talented Junior Motion Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling animations, videos, and social media content. Your expertise in motion graphics design will bring concepts to life through collaboration with creative directors, video editors, graphic designers, and marketers.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field, along with 2-3 years of professional experience in motion graphics or related roles. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Media Encoder is essential. Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools is a plus.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create high-quality motion graphics for digital, web, and video platforms.
  • Collaborate with the team to bring concepts to life.
  • Animate typography, characters, illustrations, and visual effects based on project needs.
  • Edit and post-produce videos with motion graphics elements.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all motion content.
  • Stay updated with design trends and suggest new ideas or techniques.

Additional requirements include strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling, as well as a keen eye for design, color, typography, and layout. Ability to take constructive feedback and work collaboratively in a team environment is crucial.

A strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion design work is necessary for this role. Experience in video editing and sound design, familiarity with UI/UX motion design or interactive media, and knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD are considered assets but not required.

This position is ideal for a motivated and creative individual who can deliver high-quality motion graphics while working collaboratively as part of a team.
