The Opportunity

We seek a seasoned Full Stack Developer who excels in JavaScript to collaborate on shipping features that delight our merchants. If you enjoy debugging complex async calls, refactoring messy codebases, or spotting performance bottlenecks before they impact demos, we want you to join us

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable full-stack applications leveraging modern JavaScript technologies, including ES6+, TypeScript, Node, Remix, and React.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, encompassing product, design, and QA expertise.
  • Contribute to frontend and backend architecture, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Identify and implement improvements in architecture, code quality, and user experience, driving continuous growth and innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) with a solid grasp of core programming principles.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript for both frontend and backend development.
  • Strong experience with React-based frameworks, such as Remix, Next.js, and others.
  • Familiarity with multi-tier architecture, distributed systems, and database management systems.
  • Experience with backend technologies like Node.js, RESTful APIs, and database interactions.
  • Adaptability to new technologies and frameworks, coupled with problem-solving skills and a forward-thinking mindset.
  • Understanding of secure, scalable, and maintainable software development practices.

Bonus Points

  • Shopify experience is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and storefront customization is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of deployment pipelines, cloud platforms, or serverless architecture is an added advantage.
