The Ideal Candidate

  • Thinks transformers are cooler than Optimus Prime.
  • Understands that 'loss' isn't just an emotion, it's something you minimize.
  • Gets thrilled when an experiment finally converges.
  • Wants to work on AI that makes a meaningful impact.

Your Responsibilities

  • Train, fine-tune, and optimize models powering our conversational AI.
  • Experiment with LLMs, embeddings, and recommendation systems for smarter conversations.
  • Work with data (structured, unstructured, and chaotic) to give our AI a memory.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to turn 'wouldn't it be cool if...' into working features.
  • Monitor performance, cost, and ethics - great AI should also be responsible.

Your Qualifications

  • A solid background in ML, deep learning, or NLP (bonus points for working with large language models).
  • Comfort with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Enough math/statistics knowledge to understand model misbehavior.
  • The ability to prototype quickly, fail gracefully, and try again.
  • Experience in productionizing models is a plus - research is great, but shipping is magic.
