Key Responsibilities

You will develop, customize and maintain Vision Plus modules. This includes the Content Management System (CMS), Financial Accounting System (FAS), TRAMS, Master Business System (MBS), Integrated Transaction System (ITS) and Local Terminal System (LTS). You'll analyze business requirements and design technical solutions that meet those needs.

To succeed in this role you should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of Vision Plus modules. You must also perform detailed analysis, coding, and unit testing of new functionalities.

Your troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are crucial as you will resolve issues related to Vision Plus applications. Additionally, you'll create and maintain technical documentation for developed modules and functionalities.

As a Vision Plus developer, your responsibility extends to supporting the testing and deployment processes. This ensures that solutions are properly tested and deployed.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proven experience as a Vision Plus Developer is required along with proficiency in COBOL, CICS, JCL and other relevant programming languages and tools.

A strong understanding of mainframe technologies and environments is essential. Specifically, 5+ years of experience with mainframe technologies and environments and recent 2+ years of Vision plus application development experience is needed.

Other key qualifications include excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, detail-oriented with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
