Visual Creative Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Creative Specialist to reimagine visual communications for our clients in the PropTech industry.
About Us:
The role will involve designing high-quality creatives for digital campaigns, social media, websites, ads, brochures, and more. It will also involve creating motion graphics for videos, reels, and presentations.
Role Description:
- Develop effective visual communication by collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials by applying a deep understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
- Translate complex information into visually appealing graphics and layouts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or equivalent with real estate/PropTech background.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work.
- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills:
- Basic video editing.
- Familiarity with real estate marketing assets (site plans, floor plans, renders, etc.).
