Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Accor. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

• Offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests
• Assist guests with beverage menu items and provide recommendations
• Mix drinks and manage beverage stock according to guidelines
• Have in-depth knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• Be familiar with all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods
• Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

• Previous bartending experience
• Excellent knowledge of all beverage products
• Previous point of sale system experience is an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
