Job Title: Associate Vice President, Portfolio Valuation

This is a senior leadership role that requires expertise in valuation and financial advisory services. As an Associate Vice President, you will be responsible for managing complex valuation engagements, building and reviewing financial models, and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with global colleagues and stakeholders to manage projects and teams
  • Performing valuation analyses using accepted approaches and theories
  • Managing valuation analysis, including determining appropriate valuation methodology and building and reviewing financial models
  • Overseeing engagements from initial contact through to timely completion
  • Building client relationships and acting as a direct contact with current and prospective clients
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or a CA or MBA from an accredited college/university
  • CFA and/or CPA professional designations are preferred
  • 6-9 years of valuations and financial advisory experience, with a focus on building and reviewing valuation models
  • In-depth technical knowledge in corporate finance, valuation methods, and accounting
  • Experience working with investment firms, end clients, PV/VC firms, and infrastructure funds is preferred
Key Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments
  • Highly proficient in written and verbal communication
  • Outstanding leadership experience, including managing and developing client relationships
